Brandon, Owner/DJ

Brandon has been involved in the wedding industry for over 15 years and what couples love best is Brandon's skills as an MC. Whether you know Brandon personally, found him on social media, or saw him DJ at a wedding you attended, you probably know he's a HUGE fan of Pop Punk/Emo music, Taylor Swift, and throwback 2000s/2010s bangers! Brandon is able to take 3 WILDLY different genres and craft them into one unforgettable DJ set to keep the dance floor packed and keep you and your guests engaged and entertained all night!

Darius has been with BCA for 3 years and has become a value asset to our team! With a Bachelor's degree in music performance, Darius can provide live piano music upon request and is sure to keep you and your guests entertained!

Frequently Asked Questions

First and foremost, I believe in adaptability. A great DJ should be able to adjust to different couples' music taste and provide a memorable experience regardless of the couple's specific music choices. As for my personal style, I am a Swiftie at heart. I like to play fun, energetic songs that keep the dance floor packed all night, and it's a bonus when I get to throw in some Taylor Swift throughout the night (or the whole night if that's your thing, too!). I also LOVE pop punk and emo music, so I love getting to switch it up during the night to play things like Fall Out Boy, Blink-182, Panic! At The Disco, Good Charlotte, Simple Plan, and all the other great bands us emo kids saw at Warped Tour! Lastly, I'm a sucker for 2000s rap and RnB music! I graduated high school in 2011, so I'm nostalgic for those bangers we danced to at homecoming and prom! Rest assured, my FAVORITE kind of music to play at a wedding is whatever YOU want to hear, because your wedding day should be all about you!

We do have travel fees for any wedding over 80 miles from Springfield IL. Our travel fee is based on the location of the wedding, and we keep it as low as possible to keep as much money in your pocket as we can! We calculate our fuel cost based on milage and current fuel prices and only charge what it would cost us! Additionally, for some out of state weddings, we require hotel accommodations. These accommodations could be 1-3 nights depending on the travel distance. Fuel and hotel fees are not collected until 60 days before the wedding, and if the couple has a block of rooms reserved at the venue or nearby hotel, they may also book our room and pay the hotel directly (upon approval of BCA Weddings) instead of paying us the hotel fee! 

When you book with BCA, you know who your DJ is before you sign the contract! No surprises here. 

If you book us for the ceremony, we give you an entire hour before the 5 hours starts for the reception. For example, if your ceremony starts at 4pm, you will have us from 5-10pm for the reception. Even if the ceremony only lasts 15 minutes, we will provide cocktail hour music immediately following the ceremony so that you have continuous music for your guests while you take family photos! Note: You are always welcome to add additional hours if you'd like at the rate of $400 per hour
